Can I forward work to other process servers?

Short answer, no, not without express written permission which will only be granted for very specific circumstances on individual jobs.

At InfoTrack Exchange we are contracting with you directly and we are not authorizing you to forward work to others(no subcontracting). We support you having your own business, your own customers and your own network of contractors but when you are performing jobs for InfoTrack Exchange we require you to be the individual performing those jobs.

As a small business owner you may play various roles/positions, office manager, sales, recruiting, training and field work. InfoTrack Exchange is contracting with you, individually, to perform field work on our jobs.
