Florida Service of Process Serving Rules
General - No Sunday Service
Individual Summons Residential Address - Subservice okay on anyone 15 years of age or older and informing the person of their contents
Corporation Summons - Business Subservice- serving the person in charge of the business at the time of service if two attempts to serve the owner are made at the place of business.
Registered Agent office open from 10 a.m. to 12 noon each day except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, and shall keep one or more registered agents on whom process may be served
at the office during these hours.
