How do I sign up to become a Tracker?

To become a Tracker (see What is a Tracker?), you'll need to complete these steps:

Need help? If you need assistance, you can use the chat bubble in the lower right of the page to connect with a member of the InfoTrack Exchange team.

Go to trackers.infotrack.com

Select the state that you live in and complete the application form.

We'll review your application and, where applicable, your credentials. Next, we'll invite you to consent to a background check (there's no cost to you. See How and why does InfoTrack Exchange conduct background checks on Trackers?).

Depending on the number of addresses you've lived at over the last decade, it may take between 1 and 5 days to complete the background check.

Next, we'll send you a copy of our Independent Contractor Agreement for you to review and electronically sign.

Congratulations—once you've applied, passed the background check, and signed our Independent Contractor Agreement, you're a Tracker! So that we can pay you, we'll need the following: (1) A completed W9 form to identify you for tax purposes; and (2) Your bank account details so that we can automatically pay you (see How do Trackers get paid?).

You're now ready to join the InfoTrack Exchange network and begin receiving jobs. After receiving your payment information, you'll receive an email from us containing a link to schedule a quick orientation of ServeManager and the basics of receiving, accepting, and completing jobs.

Note that, until mid-2023, Trackers in California will also be invited to the One Legal Affiliate Portal to receive jobs. ServeManager will fully replace the One Legal Affiliate Portal during 2023.
