What are the requirements for becoming a Tracker?
Minimum legal requirements
In the United States, the rules to become a process server vary from state to state. In many states, the main requirement is that you are over 18 years of age and you are not a party to the case. Other states mandate licensure or registration with your state or county. Details of state-by-state requirements can be reviewed on the ServeManager website.
Additional InfoTrack Exchange requirements
In addition to meeting the minimum legal requirements in your state, InfoTrack Exchange also requires the following of all Trackers:
That you can pass our background check (see How and why does InfoTrack Exchange conduct background checks on Trackers).
That you have a valid driver's license.
That you have valid auto insurance.
That you have been serving papers for at least 12 months.
That you are not a current employee of InfoTrack US, Inc. or any of our subsidiaries.
