Who can Serve Process in North Dakota?

By Whom. Service of all process may be made: (A) within the state by any person of legal age and not a party to nor interested in the action; and (B) outside the state by any person who may make service under the law of this state or under the law of the place where service is made, or by a person who is designated by a court of this state.
